SAS300 to SAS1200 includes 8 models. Cooling capacities are 300, 400, 450, 500, 600, 800, 1000, and 1200 W. Buyers can select according to total heat generation of inverters, PLCs, relays, and other components in the control panel.
2. Wall-Mounted Installation, No Internal Panel Space Occupation
SAS series uses wall-mounted installation. The main unit is outside the cabinet. Only the air outlet and return air inlet connect to the inside of the cabinet. For control panels with dense components, no additional internal panel installation space is occupied.
3. Protection Level IP54/IP55
SAS300 to SAS1000 internal and external protection level is IP54. SAS1200 is IP55. It is used for control panel temperature control in industrial dust and humidity environments.
4. Noise 55–65 dB(A)
SAS series noise level is 55–65 dB(A). It can be installed next to equipment or in a workshop without a separate machine room.

Export orders are fixed with wooden cases or pallets. Air outlet and return air inlet are covered with protective caps during transport to prevent foreign matter from entering. Manuals, certificates, packing lists, and test reports are included. Each order is insured with corresponding transport insurance.
If damage occurs upon arrival, provide on-site photos and signed receipt records immediately.
Q: Can the rack cooling unit be used for server racks?
A: Yes. SAS series cabinet internal temperature range is +25°C to +38°C, suitable for servers, network equipment, and other electronic equipment operating environments. Selection requires confirming total equipment heat generation in the rack, rack sealing condition, and installation space. If rack heat generation exceeds 1200 W, select SAH series electrical cabinet cooler or consult technical personnel.
Q: What is the difference between a rack cooling unit and a server rack cooling unit?
A: Both have the same function, used for rack internal temperature control. A server product usually targets high heat generation and high density server rack scenarios, possibly with higher air flow or redundancy design. For ordinary network racks or equipment racks, select SAS series. For server racks, provide equipment list and heat generation for technical calculation.
