1. No External Cooling Water, Installation Position Not Limited by Cooling Water Piping
SCA series includes a condenser and fan. It only needs power and chilled water piping to operate. For rented workshops, temporary production lines, or workshops where a cooling tower cannot be installed, this avoids the initial investment and construction time for a cooling tower and related piping.
2. Integrated Water Tank 20 L–200 L
SCA-01 to SCA-10 have built-in water tanks from 20 L to 200 L. The chilled water circulation pump is integrated inside the unit. Users only need to connect the chilled water outlet and return pipes to the equipment.
3. Noise 58–65 dB(A)
SCA series noise level is 58–65 dB(A). Weight is 75 kg to 260 kg. It can be placed next to equipment or in a workshop equipment room without a separate machine room.
4. Finned Condenser for Daily Cleaning
The condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins. Air flow is 1500–12000 m³/h. For daily maintenance, compressed air or a soft brush can be used to clean dust on the fin surface to maintain heat exchange efficiency.

Export orders are fixed with wooden cases or pallets. Protective guards are added to the condenser fin side during transport to avoid fin deformation. Manuals, certificates, packing lists, and test reports are included. Each order is insured with corresponding transport insurance.
If damage occurs upon arrival, provide on-site photos and signed receipt records immediately.
Q: How much installation space does the small air cooled chiller need?
A: SCA series requires sufficient space on the air inlet and outlet sides. It is usually recommended to reserve more than 300 mm on the air inlet side and more than 500 mm on the air outlet side to avoid hot air recirculation affecting condenser performance. Specific installation distances are in the factory manual.
Q: Does cooling capacity decrease in high-temperature environments?
A: Yes. SCA series rated cooling capacity is based on standard test conditions. When ambient temperature exceeds 35°C, cooling capacity decreases. If high temperature occurs frequently at the installation site, select one size larger according to actual maximum ambient temperature
