SCW water-cooled series covers 8.5–103 kW and requires an external cooling tower or circulating water. SCA air-cooled series covers 2.7–30 kW and includes a finned condenser and fan, so no external cooling water is required. After confirming whether the site has cooling water piping, buyers can directly select the series.
2. Dense Cooling Capacity Steps from 2.7 kW to 103 kW
SCA-01 to SCA-10 cover 2.7, 5.4, 8.5, 11.9, 15, 18, 21.5, and 30 kW. SCW-3 to SCW-12 cover 8.5, 11.9, 15, 18, 21.5, 30, 38, and 103 kW. Different heat load scenarios can be matched within the same series.
3. Evaporator and Condenser Options
Evaporator options: tank type, shell-and-tube, stainless steel plate type.
Condenser options: shell-and-tube, tube-in-tube.
For poor water quality or external tank requirements, shell-and-tube is available. For machine tool integration with limited space, stainless steel plate type is available.
4. Six Protection Devices
All models include high/low pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection. These protections act when cooling water flow stops, ambient temperature is too low, or voltage fluctuates, helping prevent compressor damage.

Export orders are packed according to export standards and loaded into containers. Units are fixed with wooden cases or pallets. Manuals, certificates, packing lists, and test reports are included. Each order is insured with corresponding transport insurance.

A: Provide equipment type, equipment heat load, chilled water flow demand, cooling water inlet temperature (recommended within 30°C), site power supply, and installation space. If the site already has a cooling tower, select SCW water-cooled series first. If cooling water cannot be connected, select SCA air-cooled series.
Q: Can the water chiller for industrial use cool multiple machines at the same time?
A: Yes. SCW series single unit cooling capacity can reach 103 kW and can support multiple machines with centralized cooling. However, chilled water flow must be confirmed according to total equipment heat load and piping length to meet the farthest equipment demand. It is recommended to reserve 10%–15% flow margin in piping design.
