This is a laboratory high and low temperature refrigeration unit designed for research and pharmaceutical testing. SHANGHAI SOOUNEY REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD manufactures this product. The available models are SA-90SX, SA-95SX, and SA-115SX.

Their nominal cooling capacities are 88.1 kW, 95.9 kW, and 116.9 kW, respectively. The total unit power inputs are 46.1 kW, 50.1 kW, and 64.7 kW. All units use a 380V/3N/50Hz power supply and start with Y-Δ (star-delta) starting mode.

As a result, this laboratory high and low temperature refrigeration unit provides highly stable temperature control for laboratory environments.

The compressor is a 5:6 asymmetric semi-hermetic twin-screw type. The evaporator is a high-efficiency shell-and-dry (dry-type) design, and the condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins.

For the SA-90SX and SA-95SX models, the capacity adjustment is in four steps: 0%, 33%, 66%, and 100%. For the SA-115SX model, the adjustment is in five steps: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

The R134A refrigerant charge is 19.5 kg, 21.3 kg, and 25.9 kg, respectively. The evaporator water flow rates are 16.3 m³/h, 17.7 m³/h, and 21.6 m³/h. The pressure drops are 54.2 kPa, 48.3 kPa, and 48.4 kPa.

This system operates quietly and ensures safe, stable conditions for experiments.

The unit is equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system. Temperature stability is maintained within ±1°C.
