Ultra Low Temperature Chiller

This is an Ultra Low Temperature Chiller designed for chemical reactions, biopharmaceutical production, food freezing, and material testing. SHANGHAI SOOUNEY REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD manufactures this product. The series includes seven models, with cooling capacities ranging from 65 kW to 330 kW.

All models use a 380V/3N/50Hz power supply and start with Y-Δ (star-delta) starting mode. The system adopts a two-stage compression design. As a result, this Ultra Low Temperature Chiller delivers stable deep cooling performance without interruption.

Each model is equipped with a 5:6 asymmetric semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor for both the high and low stages. The low-temperature stage uses R23 refrigerant, while an ethanol solution is used as the secondary heat transfer fluid. The high-temperature stage uses either R404A refrigerant.

The evaporator is a high-efficiency stainless steel plate heat exchanger, and the condenser is a high-efficiency shell-and-tube type. Pipe sizes range from DN80 to DN150.

For example, model 65DFD provides 65 kW of cooling capacity. The low-stage input power is 30 kW with a current of 70 A, and the water flow rate is 27.7 m³/h. Model 330DFD provides 330 kW of cooling capacity. The low-stage input power is 125 kW with a current of 315 A, and the water flow rate is 140.7 m³/h. The high-stage power ranges from 46 kW to 205 kW depending on the model.

This system operates with strong performance and long-term stability.

The entire series is equipped with a fully automatic PLC control system. The dimensions vary depending on capacity, with lengths ranging from 3000 mm to 5000 mm, while the width is 1800 mm across all models. The weight ranges from 1850 kg to 4500 kg.
