Low Temp Refrigeration Equipment

This is Low Temperature Refrigeration Equipment designed for cold rooms and low-temperature industrial environments. SHANGHAI SOOUNEY REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT CO., LTD manufactures two models: SCW-10 and SCW-12. The cooling capacities are 30 kW and 38 kW. The input power is 25.8 kW and 32.7 kW. They use 380/3/50 Hz industrial power. The chilled water temperature ranges from -10°C to 5°C, ensuring stable and safe low-temperature processes.

These units use a low-temperature scroll compressor with power ratings of 9.7 kW and 11.5 kW. The condenser is available in a low-temperature shell-and-tube or coil type. The evaporator can be a water tank, shell-and-tube, or stainless steel plate type. All components are designed to withstand low-temperature conditions.

The piping uses anti-freeze sealing materials, and the electrical control cabinet is equipped with cold-weather protection. As a result, this Low Temperature Refrigeration Equipment operates reliably without frost damage.

The water pump power is 8.6 kW and 10.4 kW. The chilled water flow rate is 1.1 m³/h for both models. The cooling water flow rates are 4.5 m³/h and 6.5 m³/h. The water tank capacities are 6.2 L and 7.8 L. The pipe connection size is DN200 for both models.

The unit uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with a dedicated low-temperature expansion device. The temperature control accuracy is within ±1°C.

It includes multiple safety protections, such as high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, and over-temperature protection. The noise level is only 62 dB(A).

The weight is 62 kg for both models. The dimensions are 1200 × 700 × 1200 mm. The modular design allows for easy installation in cold rooms or low-temperature industrial facilities.
