Chiller for Industrial Use

Our chiller for industrial use is designed to handle high cooling demands. Large server rooms and data centers generate heat continuously, 24/7. This chiller provides a stable supply of chilled water throughout the day. We offer two models: SCA-03 and SCA-04. The SCA-03 delivers 8.5 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCA-04 delivers 11.9 kW. Both models operate on 380V three-phase power.

This air-cooled chiller operates without a cooling tower, helping reduce installation space and maintenance costs.

The compressor is a sealed scroll type, designed for high efficiency. Compressor power is 2.45 kW for the SCA-03 and 3.8 kW for the SCA-04. The evaporator uses a stainless steel tank, providing strong resistance to rust and wear. Water tank capacity is 50 L for the SCA-03 and 70 L for the SCA-04.

The condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins to ensure efficient heat exchange. The water pump has a power rating of 0.55 kW and a maximum head of up to 20 meters. The chilled water flow rate is 1.55 m³/h for the SCA-03 and 2 m³/h for the SCA-04. Air flow rates are 4000 m³/h and 6500 m³/h, with fan power of 190 W and 380 W respectively. This chiller for industrial use is designed for long-term industrial operation.

The noise level is 60 dB for the SCA-03 and 62 dB for the SCA-04. The unit supports R22, R134a, or R404A refrigerants. Connection size is DN25 for both models. The weight is 150 kg and 180 kg respectively. Dimensions are 1000 × 550 × 1050 mm for the SCA-03 and 1200 × 600 × 1100 mm for the SCA-04.

The chiller for industrial use is equipped with multiple safety protections, including high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection. It is a reliable solution for large-scale computer room cooling applications.
