High Efficiency Water Cooled Chiller

Our high efficiency water cooled chiller is designed to save energy and reduce operating costs. It is ideal for companies focused on low power consumption and energy efficiency.

We offer two models: SCW-10 and SCW-12. The SCW-10 provides 30 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCW-12 provides 38 kW. Both models operate on 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz power.

This high efficiency water cooled chiller helps reduce electricity costs and supports green production goals. For large orders, we offer special pricing. The minimum order quantity is 10 units, and different models can be combined within a single order.

The compressor is a sealed scroll type designed for improved energy efficiency. Compressor power is 9.7 kW for the SCW-10 and 11.5 kW for the SCW-12. The condenser is a high-efficiency shell-and-tube or coil type. The evaporator can be a tank type, shell-and-tube type, or stainless steel plate type.

The heat exchange efficiency is approximately 15% higher than standard units. The water pump power is 8.6 kW for the SCW-10 and 10.4 kW for the SCW-12. The chilled water flow rate is 1.1 m³/h for both models. The cooling water flow rate is 4.5 m³/h for the SCW-10 and 6.5 m³/h for the SCW-12.

The water tank volume is 6.2 L and 7.8 L respectively. Connection size is DN200 for both models. The piping system is designed with low flow resistance to further reduce energy consumption. The casing is equipped with soundproofing material to reduce operating noise.

The noise level is 62 dB for both models. Each unit weighs 62 kg. Dimensions are 1200 × 700 × 1200 mm for both models.

The unit uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with capillary tubes or expansion valves for precise control. The high efficiency water cooled chiller includes multiple safety protections, such as high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection systems.

For standard products, the payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For custom products, the terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. We accept USD bank wire transfers.
