Industrial Air Cooled Water Chiller

Our Industrial industrial air cooled water chiller is ideal for server rooms. It uses air to remove heat, so no cooling tower is required. This saves both space and installation costs. We offer two models: SCA-01 and SCA-02. The SCA-01 provides 2.7 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCA-02 provides 5.4 kW. Both models operate on 220V single-phase power. The product protects IT equipment by preventing overheating in small and medium-sized server rooms. It delivers stable and reliable cooling around the clock.

The evaporator is made of a stainless steel tank, which resists rust and is easy to clean. The water tank capacity is 20 L for the SCA-01 and 40 L for the SCA-02. The condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins, ensuring efficient heat exchange. The compressor is a rotary type, offering smooth and quiet operation.

The water pump has a power rating of 0.37 kW and can deliver a head of up to 20 meters. The chilled water flow rate is 0.46 m³/h for the SCA-01 and 0.92 m³/h for the SCA-02. The noise level is 58 dB for the SCA-01 and 59 dB for the SCA-02. The unit supports R22, R134a, or R404A refrigerants. The expansion device uses either a capillary tube or an expansion valve. Connection sizes are DN15 and DN20. The weight is 75 kg for the SCA-01 and 120 kg for the SCA-02. Dimensions are 600 × 520 × 800 mm for the SCA-01 and 600 × 600 × 1000 mm for the SCA-02.
