Industrial Process Water Chiller

Our Industrial Process Water Chiller keeps production lines stable. Many industries require a constant supply of chilled water, such as plastic molding, chemical mixing, electroplating, and laser cutting. This chiller is designed to meet those needs. We offer two models: SCW-3 and SCW-4. The SCW-3 provides 8.5 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCW-4 provides 11.9 kW. Both operate on 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz power. The product helps improve production quality by preventing overheating. It allows machines to run longer with fewer errors.

The compressor is a sealed scroll type, designed for energy efficiency. The SCW-3 has a compressor power input of 7.3 kW, while the SCW-4 uses 4.3 kW. The evaporator can be a tank type, shell-and-tube type, or stainless steel plate type. The condenser can be either shell-and-tube or coil type.

The water pump power is 2.45 kW for the SCW-3 and 3.8 kW for the SCW-4. The chilled water flow rate is 0.55 m³/h for both models. The cooling water flow rate is 1.55 m³/h for the SCW-3 and 2 m³/h for the SCW-4. The water tank volume is 1.9 L and 2.3 L respectively. The connection sizes are DN50 and DN70.

All pressure-bearing components use thick industrial-grade piping, providing strong resistance to rust and mechanical shock. This Industrial Process Water Chiller is built for long-term industrial use.

The unit uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with capillary tubes or expansion valves for precise temperature control. It operates with low noise levels of only 58 dB for both models. Each unit weighs 58 kg. The dimensions are 1100 × 550 × 900 mm for both models.

The Industrial Process Water Chiller is equipped with multiple protection functions, including high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection. These ensure safe and stable operation under all working conditions. It is a reliable choice for factory cooling applications.
