Industrial Recirculating Chiller

Our Industrial Recirculating Chiller provides continuous chilled water for circulation cooling. It is suitable for server room air conditioners, industrial machines, and hydraulic systems. We offer two models: SCW-5 and SCW-6. The SCW-5 provides 15 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCW-6 provides 18 kW. Both models operate on 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz power.

This product prevents equipment from overheating and helps machines operate more efficiently and for longer periods. It is suitable for medium and large cooling load applications.

The compressor is a sealed scroll type, designed for energy efficiency. Compressor power is 4.8 kW for the SCW-5 and 5.7 kW for the SCW-6. The evaporator can be a tank type, shell-and-tube type, or stainless steel plate type. The condenser can be either shell-and-tube or coil type.

The water pump power is 4.3 kW for the SCW-5 and 5.2 kW for the SCW-6. The chilled water flow rate is 0.55 m³/h for both models. The cooling water flow rate is 2.5 m³/h for the SCW-5 and 3.1 m³/h for the SCW-6. The water tank volume is 3.2 L and 3.7 L respectively. Connection sizes are DN70 and DN80.

All components are corrosion-resistant, and the piping system is equipped with anti-vibration mounts. This Industrial Recirculating Chiller is designed for long-hour continuous operation.

The noise level is 58 dB for both models. Each unit weighs 58 kg. Dimensions are 1100 × 550 × 900 mm for the SCW-5 and 1050 × 600 × 1150 mm for the SCW-6.

The unit uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with capillary tubes or expansion valves for stable control. The Industrial Recirculating Chiller includes multiple safety protections, such as high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection systems.

It delivers stable cooling performance with efficient energy use, making it a reliable solution for industrial and server room applications.
