Industrial Oil Chiller

Our Industrial Oil Chiller series covers a wide range of cooling capacities. It is designed for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, and machine tool oil cooling applications. We offer ten models, from SCOA-2.5 to SCOA-60, with cooling capacities ranging from 2.5 kW to 60 kW. All models operate on 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz power.

This product is suitable for both small grinders and large production lines, providing a single solution for various industrial applications and helping reduce time and cost.

Smaller models (SCOA-2.5 and SCOA-4.5) use rotary compressors, while larger models use sealed scroll compressors. Compressor power ranges from 0.88 kW to 20.2 kW. Oil pump power ranges from 0.75 kW to 5.5 kW, and fan power ranges from 0.09 kW to 1.7 kW.

The evaporator uses a stainless steel plate type design, and the condenser uses copper tubes with aluminum fins for efficient heat exchange. Oil flow ranges from 8 to 125 liters per minute. The unit is compatible with hydraulic or lubricating oil viscosities from 4 to 300 cSt. The oil temperature range is 5 to 55°C, and the ambient temperature range is 5 to 50°C.

Inlet pipe sizes range from DN15 to DN50, and outlet pipe sizes range from DN15 to DN40. This Industrial Oil Chiller is suitable for a wide variety of industrial machines.

Noise levels range from 58 to 68 dB depending on the model. Weight ranges from 75 kg to 950 kg. The unit offers two control modes: fixed temperature control and ambient temperature tracking. Temperature accuracy is ±1°C.

It uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with capillary tubes or expansion valves. The Industrial Oil Chiller includes multiple safety protections, such as high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and oil flow protection.
