Process Water Chiller

Our Process Water Chiller is designed for electronics and pharmaceutical manufacturing. These industries require extremely stable water temperatures, as even slight temperature fluctuations can damage products. This chiller maintains temperature stability within ±0.5°C.

We offer two models: SCW-6 and SCW-8. The SCW-6 provides 18 kW of cooling capacity, while the SCW-8 provides 21.5 kW. Both models operate on 380V / 3-phase / 50Hz power.

This product is also suitable for server room backup cooling, providing one solution for two applications.

The compressor is a sealed scroll type, designed for long-term stable operation. Compressor power is 5.7 kW for the SCW-6 and 7.3 kW for the SCW-8. The evaporator can be a tank type, shell-and-tube type, or stainless steel plate type. The condenser can be either shell-and-tube or coil type.

The water pump power is 5.2 kW for the SCW-6 and 6.2 kW for the SCW-8. The chilled water flow rate is 0.55 m³/h for both models. The cooling water flow rate is 3.1 m³/h for the SCW-6 and 4 m³/h for the SCW-8. The water tank volume is 3.7 L and 4.5 L respectively. Connection sizes are DN80 and DN120.

All components are corrosion-resistant, and the sealing system uses high-pressure sealing technology to ensure stable operation. This Process Water Chiller is designed to reduce leakage risk and minimize scaling.

The noise level is 58 dB for both models. Each unit weighs 58 kg. Dimensions are 1050 × 600 × 1150 mm for the SCW-6 and 1200 × 700 × 1200 mm for the SCW-8.

The unit uses R407C refrigerant and is equipped with capillary tubes or expansion valves for precise control. The Process Water Chiller includes multiple protection systems, such as high-pressure, low-pressure, overload, anti-freeze, time delay, over-temperature, and water flow protection.

Each unit is 100% tested before shipment to ensure reliable and precise cooling performance.
