This High Pressure Screw Air Compressor maintains stable pressure, with fluctuations of less than ±0.1 MPa. It is suitable for high-pressure cleaning and precision manufacturing applications.

We offer two models: 95 kW and 100 kW.

The 95 kW model provides 95 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 160A, heating capacity is 92 kW, and heating current is 154A. The input power is 86.1 kW, and the rated current is 144.5A. It features load control at 0%, 16.5%, 33%, up to 100%.

The 100 kW model provides 100 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 168A, heating capacity is 97 kW, and heating current is 161A. The input power is 90.5 kW, and the rated current is 152A. It uses load steps of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

This product saves up to 38% more energy compared to older high-pressure compressor models.

The rotor of this High Pressure Screw Air Compressor is made of high-strength alloy steel. It is manufactured using five-axis precision machining, followed by deep nitriding treatment. The tooth hardness exceeds HRC65, effectively reducing wear and fatigue.

We use imported NSK heavy-duty bearings designed for high-pressure applications. The housing is made of thick, high-strength ductile iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes a four-stage aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring no deformation or leakage under high pressure.

The sealing system uses imported fluororubber high-pressure seals combined with double labyrinth seals, providing reliable performance under high-pressure conditions.

The oil separation system uses a four-stage design, reducing oil content in compressed air to less than 0.8 ppm, ensuring extremely clean high-pressure air. This product is designed for demanding industrial environments.
