The 78.5 kW model provides 78.5 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 132.5A, heating capacity is 75.5 kW, and heating current is 127A. The input power is 71.1 kW, and the rated current is 119.5A. It also uses load steps of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

The core of this Industrial Screw Type Air Compressor uses an asymmetric screw rotor. It is manufactured using five-axis machining, followed by nitriding hardening. The surface hardness exceeds HRC60.

We use imported SKF heavy-duty bearings, increasing efficiency by 10% and extending service life by 20%. The housing is made of thick ductile iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes a two-stage aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring no deformation or leakage.

The oil separation system uses a three-stage design with an efficiency of 99.98%. Oil content in the compressed air is reduced to less than 1.5 ppm, ensuring clean air suitable for most industrial applications. This Industrial Screw Type Air Compressor is designed for easy maintenance.
