High Pressure Screw Compressor

This High Pressure Screw Compressor is designed for heavy industrial applications. We offer two main models: 27.5 kW and 36.5 kW.

The 27.5 kW model provides a cooling capacity of 27.5 kW. Its cooling current is 46.5A, heating capacity is 26.5 kW, and heating current is 44.5A. The input power is 25 kW, and the rated current is 42A. It features multi-stage energy control at 0%, 33%, 66%, and 100%.

The 36.5 kW model provides a cooling capacity of 36.5 kW. Its cooling current is 61A, heating capacity is 35 kW, and heating current is 58.5A. The input power is 32.9 kW, and the rated current is 55.3A. It also features multi-stage energy control at 0%, 33%, 66%, and 100%.

The core of this High Pressure Screw Compressor uses a high-strength alloy steel screw rotor. The rotor is manufactured using five-axis machining for high precision and is treated with a hardening process. The tooth surface hardness reaches over HRC60.

We use imported SKF heavy-duty bearings to reduce wear and extend service life. The housing is made of thick ductile iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes aging treatment to relieve internal stress, preventing deformation or leakage under high pressure.

The sealing system uses a fluororubber double-lip seal combined with a labyrinth seal. The oil separation system is highly efficient, ensuring that oil content in the compressed air is less than 3 ppm.

Each unit undergoes a 12-hour full-load test before shipment to ensure stable performance and quality.

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. We do not provide free samples, but samples can be supplied for large orders at an additional cost.
