The 110 kW model provides 110 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 185A, heating capacity is 107 kW, and heating current is 178A. The input power is 99.2 kW, and the rated current is 167A. It uses load steps of 0%, 16.5%, 33%, up to 100%.

The core of this industrial rotary air compressorss uses a high-precision rotary screw rotor. It is processed using Swiss-made precision grinding machines, followed by carburizing and hardening treatments. The tooth meshing precision reaches 0.008 mm.

We use imported FAG heavy-duty bearings, increasing load capacity by 40%. The unit is designed for 24/7 continuous operation.

The housing is made of high-strength gray cast iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes two aging treatments and is coated with anti-corrosion protection to resist industrial environments. This prevents deformation or leakage over time.

The sealing system uses PTFE high-pressure seals combined with multi-stage labyrinth seals. The oil separation system uses a high-efficiency centrifugal design, reducing oil content in compressed air to less than 1.2 ppm, ensuring clean air output.
