Vertical Screw Compressor

This Vertical Screw Compressor is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. It is suitable for industries such as oil, mining, and automotive manufacturing.

We offer two models: 55 kW and 61 kW.

The 55 kW model provides 55 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 93A, heating capacity is 53 kW, and heating current is 89A. The input power is 50 kW, and the rated current is 84A. It features wide load control ranging from 0%, 16.5%, 33%, up to 100%.

The 61 kW model provides 61 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 103A, heating capacity is 58.5 kW, and heating current is 98.5A. The input power is 55.1 kW, and the rated current is 92.6A. It operates with multi-stage load control at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

This product is designed for stable performance under heavy load conditions.

The main rotor of this Vertical Screw Compressor is made of high-strength alloy steel. It is processed using five-axis machining and then treated with nitriding hardening. The tooth surface hardness exceeds HRC62.

We use imported SKF heavy-duty spherical roller bearings, increasing load capacity by approximately 30%. The housing is made of thick ductile iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes a three-stage aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress, preventing deformation and leakage.

The oil separation system uses a three-stage separation design, achieving a separation efficiency of 99.99%. Oil content in the compressed air is reduced to less than 1 ppm, ensuring high-purity output air.

We hold multiple patents for this Vertical Screw Compressor and are certified under ISO9001 and CE standards. Each unit is fully inspected before leaving the factory.

We support OEM and ODM customization. Customers may provide their own drawings for production. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.

Samples are available for large orders; however, samples are not free. Development time for customized samples depends on specific requirements.
