We offer two models: 66.5 kW and 73 kW.

The 66.5 kW model provides 66.5 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 112A, heating capacity is 63.5 kW, and heating current is 107A. The input power is 60 kW, and the rated current is 100.9A. It features load control at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

The 73 kW model provides 73 kW cooling capacity. Its cooling current is 122A, heating capacity is 70 kW, and heating current is 117A. The input power is 65.8 kW, and the rated current is 110.6A. It features load steps from 0%, 16.5%, 33%, up to 100%.

This product is designed to adapt to different industrial requirements.

The rotor of this Industrial Rotary Screw Compressor is a high-precision screw rotor. We use Swiss-made grinding machines for tooth machining, followed by carburizing and hardening processes. The tooth clearance is less than 0.01 mm.

We use imported FAG heavy-duty bearings to ensure high efficiency and long service life. The housing is made of high-strength gray cast iron and cast as a single piece. It undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring no leakage or deformation over time.

The sealing system uses a fluororubber double-lip seal combined with a labyrinth seal to prevent leakage under high-temperature conditions. The oil separation system is highly efficient, reducing oil content in the compressed air to less than 2 ppm, ensuring clean air output for industrial applications.
